We had to take a quick trip to handle some family business and immediately contacted Kendra. We asked about a couple of options and she gave us the information and pricing to make our decision. The trip went as planned and we were so relieved to have all the details handled by Kendra so we could focus on the tasks we needed to complete. Kendra was a delight to work with when coordinating my specific hotels in two different cities, several transfers, and finding local guides that were the perfect fit for my extended time pre- and post-business trip in Central America. We had a wonder trip to Mexico for my husbands 50th! We had a group of 8! We stayed at this amazing adult only resort! The place was beautiful! We had great service, a ton of food choices and of course swim up bars!! We highly recommend using Kendra as she booked everything for us, so all we had to do was show up! We had an unforgettable trip to Hawaii! From hiking to island hoping to swimming with the sea turtles. My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary in Alaska but weren’t sure where to start. I had asked for recommendations and that’s where Kendra came to our rescue! My wife and I booked our summer vacation trip with Kendra. To summarize our entire trip in a word, I would say - Amazing. The trip was originally booked to Yellowstone National Park but with the server weather they had one week before our departure the park was closed. At first we thought we would just have a stay vacation at home but I asked Kendra if she could put another destination together having us travel the same week as planned and she put together an amazing trip to Oregon. She carefully listened to our thoughts and suggested several excursion making our vacation exciting and seamless. Kendra managed to book two lodging resorts last minute during peak summer time when everything is already booked out for months. The resort in Cannon Beach was was perfect with dinning, unique shops and galleries close by. The resort in Gleneden Beach was perfect for location while making our travel down the Pacific Coast line enjoying lots of scenic overlooks, whale watching, hiking trails and fresh seafood. Kendra is AMAZING!!! Efficient, professional, and really knows her stuff! When on vacation and you need her, she will respond right away. EXCELLENT at communication. She is a perfectionist and truly cares about her clients as well. I rave about her to all my friends and family members. I have gone through a couple travel agents in the past, and she is superior by far. I have planned several vacations with her already, and look forward to many more. We wanted to plan a trip that included family members starting from two locations who wanted to fly together to another destination. We also needed hotels at two different locations for this trip. Kendra took all our details and planned the trip exactly as we wanted. She even included things like the cost of an Uber to the airport for one member, and parking long-term for two others at the airport. We also asked her to include some possible activities in the city we were visiting. This made our trip worry- and hassle-free.
During our trip she emailed me to see how our vacation was going. I let her know there had been an issue at the hotel - they gave away our king suite and put us in a double queen room. We weren’t thrilled and wanted to be sure we were appropriately charged for the smaller room. Kendra called the hotel and made sure our bill was adjusted, saving us the hassle at checkout. We had a fabulous vacation and would definitely recommend using Kendra to take care of your travel plans!
